| 12th Street Village LLC is a property development company incorporated in Washington state. The partners of the firm brings years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development and management.
Michael Bradburn serves on the board of directors of Whatcom Hospice Foundation and Boys and Girls Clubs of Whatcom County. Bradburn is also a member of Bellingham Rotary and Western Washington Washington University's Western at Home Committee. Bradburn graduated from Sehome High School and Western Washington University. After living in Seattle, he moved to back to Bellingham in 1999. He brought with him his fish exporting business, Crystal Creek Trading Co. During college Bradburn started working in construction, then started buying old homes to fix up and either sell or keep as rental properties. Right now he's developing an eight-unit rental building on High Street.
Dick Nord started Nord Northwest Corp. of Conway in 1966. In early 2003 he finished Woodland Hills condominiums, off 28th Street two blocks south of Fairhaven Parkway. In Bellingham he has also built projects on Puget and High streets. Many of his projects are in Skagit County. Nord Northwest specializes in residential condominiums.
